We're kicking off February with a massive update focused on workflow speed and a complete mobile revolution. From a brand-new Customer Delivery page to "desktop-class" photo management tools, here is everything we've been working on.
## 📸 Manage Photos Like a Pro
We know that managing thousands of photos can be tedious. We've added powerful new tools to make it feel just like using your computer's file explorer.
* **Drag-and-Drop Selection:** You can now **click and drag** to select multiple photos instantly. It works exactly how you expect it to—start from any empty space, or even the edges. Need to add more? Just hold `Ctrl` or `Cmd` while dragging.
* **Privacy Controls:** Need to hide a specific photo from the public landing page but keep it for your team? We added a simple **Eye Toggle** on every photo card. If you hide a photo, it vanishes from the landing page but stays visible in your management dashboard.
* **iGuide Integration:** Managing 3D tours just got easier. For orders with an iGuide, you'll see a direct **Manage iGuide** button that takes you straight to the specific portal for that order.
* **Admin speed:** We added the **login-less delivery link** directly to your Admin Order Delivery tab, so you can quickly preview exactly what your client will see without jumping through hoops.

We promised to make your work easier on mobile, and we meant it. The entire admin experience now feels like a native app.
* **Sticky Bottom Navigation:** No more scrolling to find the menu. We added a sleek, sticky bottom bar for quick access to your Dashboard, Orders, Customers, Calendar, and Settings.
* **Better Search:** The mobile search is now a dedicated, easy-to-use strip with clear refresh and pagination controls.
* **Sticky Actions:** Whether you are viewing Order Details or managing Media, the most important buttons (like "Save" or "Upload") now stick to the screen so they are always within thumb's reach.
## 📦 A Brand New Delivery Experience
Your customers deserve the best, so we completely rebuilt the **Customer Portal Delivery Page** (V2).
* **Interactive Summary:** We replaced the old lists with beautiful, clickable **Summary Boxes**. Clicking "Photos" or "Floor Plans" smooth-scrolls you right to that section. If a section is empty, the box automagically hides to keep things clean.
* **Website Links:** There is now a dedicated, stylish home for Landing Page links (Branded & Unbranded) and their QR codes.
* **Staff-First Booking:** If you let customers pick their photographer, we've flipped the script. Customers now pick their favorite **Professional first**, and *then* see when they are available. It’s a much more personal booking experience.
## 🛒 Smarter Upsells
* **Relational Control:** You asked for granular control, and you got it. You can now explicitly relate specific **Upsells** to specific **Services**. This means the upsells your customers see are always relevant to what they just picked.
* **Visual Clarity:** We added distinct badges in service lists so you (and your clients) can instantly spot what is an **Upsell** and what is an **Add-on**.

We've added more control to your calendar and improved how you handle customer instructions.
Now you can fully customize your Google Calendar event details in Operations.
You Control the Data: You can now include or exclude exactly what information from the Order, Customer, or Property sections appears in your created Google Calendar events.
Your customers can now have preferred instructions that will be applied to every order they place.
Flexible Management: Customers can edit or remove these in their Portal Profile, or modify them on the fly when placing a new order.
First Order Setup: New customers can set their preferences during their first order.
Admin Control: Admins can also modify, add, or remove these instructions when placing an order on behalf of a customer.
To protect you from false claims, we've improved how preferences are saved.
Order Snapshot: Each created order will use the updated preferences at the time of the order and save them into the order database.
Permanent Record: Even if a customer changes their preferences later, what was requested at the time of the order is what is saved for that specific order.
