Massive Feature Drop: Groups, AI & White Label 🚀

This update brings major power to group management, introduces our next-gen AI exterior tools, and gives you total control over your white-labeled brand.

👥 Group Management 2.0

  • Group Managers: You can now assign "Group Managers" who have full access to view, edit, and pay invoices for their group. They can even place orders on behalf of their members.

  • Bulk Tools: Managing large teams is now effortless. Select customers in the table view to Bulk Assign them to a group, or use the new Bulk Re-assign tool to move members between groups instantly.

  • Enhanced View: See your entire group roster—managers and members—in one unified view.

🛠️ Smarter Order Workflow

We've redesigned the order management page for better logic and flow.

  • Cleaner Layout: Information is now organized into collapsible boxes to reduce clutter.

  • Logical Placement: Team assignments have moved to the top (before notes) and only appear when staff are actually assigned.

  • Quick Fixes: You can now correct an order's address (1-time modification) and instantly convert a Listing Only property into a full Order.

  • Smart Financials: Invoice statuses now automatically update based on real-time order balances. Plus, you can send Manual Invoice and Appointment Reminders with a single click.

📅 Admin Scheduling Control

  • Manual Creation: You can now manually set the exact date, time, and staff assignment when creating an order.

  • Skip Scheduling: Need to create an order but the client isn't ready to book? You can now create "Pending" orders without any date or staff attached.
