We've added more control to your calendar and improved how you handle customer instructions.
Now you can fully customize your Google Calendar event details in Operations.
You Control the Data: You can now include or exclude exactly what information from the Order, Customer, or Property sections appears in your created Google Calendar events.
Your customers can now have preferred instructions that will be applied to every order they place.
Flexible Management: Customers can edit or remove these in their Portal Profile, or modify them on the fly when placing a new order.
First Order Setup: New customers can set their preferences during their first order.
Admin Control: Admins can also modify, add, or remove these instructions when placing an order on behalf of a customer.
To protect you from false claims, we've improved how preferences are saved.
Order Snapshot: Each created order will use the updated preferences at the time of the order and save them into the order database.
Permanent Record: Even if a customer changes their preferences later, what was requested at the time of the order is what is saved for that specific order.
