📅 Customizable Google Calendar

Now you can fully customize your Google Calendar event details in Operations.

• You Control the Data: You can now include or exclude exactly what information from the Order, Customer, or Property sections appears in your created Google Calendar events.

📝 Customer Preferred Instructions

Your customers can now have preferred instructions that will be applied to every order they place.

• Flexible Management: Customers can edit or remove these in their Portal Profile, or modify them on the fly when placing a new order.

• First Order Setup: New customers can set their preferences during their first order.

• Admin Control: Admins can also modify, add, or remove these instructions when placing an order on behalf of a customer.

🛡️ Smart Audit Trail

To protect you from false claims, we've improved how preferences are saved.

• Order Snapshot: Each created order will use the updated preferences at the time of the order and save them into the order database.

• Permanent Record: Even if a customer changes their preferences later, what was requested at the time of the order is what is saved for that specific order.
