This update brings 15+ new features focused on giving you complete control over your orders, simplifying migration, and automating your marketing workflows.
Custom Items Everywhere: You can now add custom line items both during order creation and anytime afterwards in the order management screen.
Coupon Management: Added the ability to apply coupons to existing orders or remove used coupons from active orders.
Enhanced Refund Logic:
Partial Refunds: Refund individual items directly to the original payment method or to customer credit.
Smart Item Removal: When removing an item, choose to auto-refund it or do nothing and keep the order balance as is.
Cancellation Options: Cancel orders with flexible logic—auto-refund to card, credit, or retain the balance.
Order Cleanup: You can now delete cancelled orders from your system to remove clutter. Note: Payment trails remain intact for audits.
Admin Power View: Added a new Service/Package view in the admin order form for faster navigation and service filtering.
Multi-Form Landing Pages: Create dedicated, branded landing pages that display multiple order forms of your choice—perfect for showcasing tiered services.
Embed Anywhere: These multi-form pages can now be embedded directly into your own website with full customization.
Mailchimp Auto-Sync: We now automatically sync your customer list with Mailchimp every night, keeping your marketing contacts up to date without manual work.
Bulk Login Creation (HDPhotoHub & Aryeo):
Importing data? You can now select Individual customers or Select All to generate login accounts.
The system automatically emails them a reset password link, creating a seamless onboarding experience for your migrated clients.
Automated Credit Rollover: Credits from next month now automatically roll over to the current month if you hit your limits. No setting enabling needed.
Precision Territory: You can now specify your territory radius by manually typing the exact miles or km.
Calendar Control: Added an option to disable "Preferred Date" selection in the scheduling flow.
